The Enliven First Cohort Package

Leadership and teams that speak up when it matters.

Enliven places leadership and teams inside a real workplace moment where speaking up carries risk, then guides them into the honest conversation and the named behaviors that change how they work.

A complete first cohort, open to the first 10 organizations ready to start.

  • Up to 74%

of participants who had completed leadership training before rated Enliven's sessions as more impactful than anything they had done.

  • 9 in 10

    Speaking Up Under Pressure

Knowing what good looks like is the easy part.

Leadership and teams can define psychological safety with precision and still hold back the question or the concern in the meeting that decides the outcome. Amy Edmondson's research links that silence to lost innovation, weaker performance, and higher attrition. In psychologically safe teams, 3% of people intend to quit, compared with 12% in unsafe teams (BCG, 2024). Enliven closes the gap between knowing and doing, because a lived experience changes behavior in a way a framework cannot.

Four phases, one standard format.

Every session follows the Standardized Immersion Format, Enliven's method for turning a felt experience into named behaviors.

  1. Priming

The facilitator sets the frame and the stakes for the group.

  2. Immersion

Each participant steps into a VR experience of a real workplace moment and reaches the point in the scene where they decide whether to speak up.

  3. Dialogue

Participants talk through what they experienced, first in pairs and then as a group, while the experience is still fresh.

  4. Activation

Every session ends with two commitments. The team agrees on one change in how it works together, and each person names one behavior they will use from the next meeting onward.

Two programs, built for the moments that shape performance.

Speaking Up Under Pressure

Built on Amy Edmondson's published research, this program gives leadership and teams the experience of raising a risk, challenging a decision, and asking the hard question when the pressure is highest.

Building Stronger Teams

This program focuses on how colleagues treat and recognize each other in daily work, and on how a team responds in the moment when a remark or decision leaves someone out.
